■ One pack, solvent based moisture curing polyurethane

TOBY UNITHANE

TOBY LUSTAPOL

Toby Unithane Gloss	One Pack Moisture Cure Polyurethane Solvent based	An extremely tough, scratch and chemically resistant finish. Resistant to everyday spills.	Timber, Parquetry & Cork	Toby Rapid Seal or, GF Barrier Seal.	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby Unithane. A three-coat system.
Toby Unithane Semi-Gloss, Satin & Matt	One Pack Moisture Cure Polyurethane Solvent based	Used to provide the desired sheen or gloss level while providing an extremely tough, scratch and chemically resistant finish. Resistant to everyday spills.	Timber, Parquetry & Cork	Toby Semi Gloss, Satin or, Matt are applied as a final coat over Unithane Crystal Clear Gloss, or Lustapol	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and one coat of Toby Unithane Gloss or Unithane Crystal Clear Gloss, or Toby Lustapol followed by either a coat of Unithane Semi Gloss, Satin or Matt, as desired. A three-coat system.
Toby Supreme Gloss	One Pack Moisture Cure Polyurethane Solvent based	High build, high gloss finish. Extremely durable, clear colourless finish. Xylene free with lower odour during application and drying*. Use over Unithane Gloss, or Unithane Crystal Clear Gloss..	Timber, Parquetry & Cork	Toby Supreme Gloss is applied as a final coat over Unithane/Unithane Crystal Clear Gloss	Apply one coat of selected Toby Sealer, one coat Toby Supreme Gloss and one coat Toby Unithane Crystal Clear Gloss. A three coat system.
Toby Lustapol	Two pack Polyurethane Solvent Based	A very high gloss finish that is tough, resilient, abrasion and chemical resistant finish. Resistant to everyday spills.	Timber & Parquetry	Toby Rapid Seal ,GF Barrier Seal or Lustapol	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby Lustapol. A three-coat system.
Toby Tung Oil	Oil based	Traditional finish that gives a natural “oiled look” to timber and also allows for individual board movement	Timber, Parquetry & Cork	Toby Rapid Seal or Tung Oil.	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby Tung Oil. A three-coat system.
TOBY UMO (Urethane Modified Oil)	Oil based	More durable than Tung Oil, UMO still allows individual board movement. It is designed to produce a tough, abrasion resistant finish and gives a natural "oiled" look to timber	Timber, Parquetry & Cork	Toby Rapid Seal.	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby UMO. A three-coat system
Toby Aquamax Commerical	Two Pack Polyurethane Water based	A high performance system specifically designed to meet the durability and chemical resistance requirements of Commercial environments, such as shops, offices, galleries, restaurants, cafes etc. Roller applied with low odour during application and drying	Timber & Parquetry	Toby Roller Seal or, GF Barrier Seal or, Rapid Seal	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby Aquamax Commercial. A three-coat system
Toby Aquamax Domestic	One Pack Polyurethane Water based	An extremely tough, scratch and chemically resistant finish. Resistant to everyday spills. Roller applied and low odour during application and drying.	Timber & Parquetry	Toby Roller Seal ,GF Barrier Seal or Rapid Seal.	Apply one coat of selected Toby sealer and two coats of Toby Aquamax Domestic. A three-coat system.

ADDITIVES

Compatible additives* can also be used with a range of Toby Timber Coatings. Under normal conditions additives are not required. The guide below explains where these additives may be required. These include:

■ Flo-Add product for use with Unithane to minimise rejection and contamination of the timber

■ Wet Edge Extender to enhance flow characteristics of Unithane, particularly in warm temperatures

■ Wet Edge Extender to enhance the flow characteristics of Aquamax finish coats, particularly in warm temperatures

■ Catalyst to accelerate drying of Unithane in colder climates

■ Super Solvent used for cleaning application equipment used for applying Unithane and Lustapol

■ Reducer Thinners used for thinning Unithane and Lustapol

■ Non slip additive for Aquamax finish coats
